Also, you should know exactly what area is good, or what area is bad to level in. A good area where you can level in should have lots and lots of quests to support your leveling process, but it should not be too big, but not too small either.
You have to avoid wasting lots of time on travelling.

When you are making kinah its really important that you know how to make it. To make kinah you can do 3 things.
You grind for items or materials which you can sell.
You will complete quests in return for kinah.
You use your profession for selling craftable items on the Auction House.
Also, you can combine these ways. If you combine the grinding option + the profession option than you will basically grind for materials so you can craft items from those materials. These crafted items will go on the Auction House for a lovely price.
