HOWEVER our problem with this is that this site was moved from an existing install (which is still working just fine, we just needed to change the URL) and the number and name of tables in the new install is EXACTLY the same.
There has never been a table called acl_user_sessions - so I'm not sure what the issue is.
Anyone else had this issue?
