In previous post we focused mainly on tricks to help control anxiety and prevent anxiety or panic attacks from happening. Now what I did just for this post is literally gather a list of commons anxiety signs and panic attack indicators that are quite similar. Let us commence with :

Anxiety signs:

The most frequent signs of anxiety or panic attacks may include trembling, dyspnea (shortness of breath), heart palpitations, chest pain or chest tightness, hot flashes, cold flashes, burning sensations , sweating, nausea, dizziness, light-headedness, hyperventilation, paresthesias, sensations of choking or smothering, and derealization. These physical signs are interpreted with alarm in people susceptible to panic attacks. This translates into increased anxiety, and forms a positive feedback loop.

Often the onset of difficulty breathing and chest pain are often the predominant anxiety signs; the sufferer incorrectly appraises this as a sign or symptom of a heart attack. This can result in the individual experiencing a panic attack seeking treatment in an emergency room. If not treated properly, panic attacks can get worst eventually.

Panic attacks signs:

Individuals with panic attacks often report a fear or sense of dying, going crazy, or experiencing a heart attack or flashing vision, feeling faint or nauseated, a numb sensation throughout the body, heavy breathing or losing control of themselves. "Treating Panic Attacks"can only help get results.

Some individuals also have tunnel vision, mostly caused by blood flow leaving the head to more critical parts of the body in defense. These feelings may provoke a deep urge to escape or flee the spot where the attack began in which the hormone which causes this response is released in significant amounts. This response floods the body with hormones, particularly epinephrine (adrenaline),that aid it in defending against harm. Avoid medication for treating panic attacks.
