-consume vast quantities of fibrous vegetables on a daily basis

4. Physical exercise
- never omit weight training, preferably with free weights.Try weights circuit training.
Adopt short but really demanding workouts.3* 20' per week is more than enough for amateurs.
- forget about conventional,long,slow and steady cardio.
Opt instead for HIIT and preferably for sprints.You can combine high intensity interval training with free weights in the same workout
-it is a huge loss of time to involve in exercises focused on your abs.
Just do the other things right and they will take care of your abs!
-learn about functional training and gradually adopt some of its principles.Start with some bodyweight workouts.
