- Simple Silicon Caulking

- Flux Pen

To complete your solar panel the following will also be required. The last pieces for your solar panel kits are:

- Large plywood sheet

- Cuts of tin wire

A solar Cell and some UV protective varnish will also be needed if you don't have an existing solar cell.

Step By Step Guide For Your Solar Panel Kits:

1. Using your saw cut the plywood to the required size to house your solar cell and then coat with the UV protective varnish.

2. Join all the wire to your solar cells and solder them.

3. Use caulk spots to join the solar cells to the plywood.

4. Add a couple of holes to the plywood and pull the wires through form the last solar cell. Make sure to seal these with beads of silicon.

5. Use the drill to add a couple of screwholes to the plexiglass.

6. Assemble a small frame to hold the plexiglass.

7. Use silicon and screws to join the plexiglass to the plywood containing the solar cells.

8. Check all parts of the solar panel kits and secure and then your done.
