The company has come up with yet another product, the Nokia C7. Although the handset awaits official announcement, the preview of the device is leaked on many websites. The phone is expected to run on the Symbian 3 platform. From initial preview, it seems that the device is slightly trimmed-down Nokia N8, packed in a cheaper casing made of plastic instead of anodized aluminium as in the N8 phones. Coming at a lower price than the N8, the C7 is expected to be announced by Nokia during the last quarter of the year. Although the phone is expected to be launched in September, the Nokia C7 deals are thought to be launched sometime in the mid of October or November.

The leaked photographs of the phone reveal that gadget has a plastic casing rather than the anodized aluminium of the N8, a digital camera of 8-megapixels and an LED flash rather than 12-megapixels camera of the N8, and Xenon flash. Nokia C7, the lower specification N8 phone, will have a less expensive and more affordable price tag due to its reduced features but still the phone boasts of some very impressive high tech features such as a 3.5 inch AMOLED screen and 680MHz CPU.

It is estimated that the handset will cost around 350 Euros which is much more affordable than the Nokia N8 which comes with a price tag of 450 Euros. Although some of the specification s of the device are lowered, it does not mean that the phone will be less capable. It is just the right phone for those who are looking for a high-end device with affordable price.
