Plans, organizes, controls, integrates and evaluates the function of the data Systems personnel. With underling workforce, develops, implements and monitors farsighted plans, goals and objectives focused upon achieving the workforce's and department's job and office priorities. Develops and monitors operation versus the twelve-monthly workforce budget. Manages and directs the ontogenesis, execution and rating of plans, policies, systems and procedures to acquire year on year workforce goals and trade standards.

Plans and evaluates the functioning of assigned personnel. Establishes operation requirements and personal growth targets. Ordinarily monitors operation and provides coaching for performance melioration and advance. Provides pay and other rewards to distinguish performance. Takes disciplinary action, up to and including termination, to handle functioning deficiencies, in accordance with the office's workforce policies.

Provides leadership and works with staff to grow and retain approvingly competent, client service-oriented personnel through selection, salary, training and day-to-day direction practices which endorse the organization's mission and values.

Attends company meetings, coordinates with the organization director and others and drafts or directs the drafting of the agendas. Coordinates and supervises gemination and dispersion of agenda packets and supporting materials. Directs the documentation, upkeep and diffusion of all department meeting actions including minutes, resolutions and agreements. Plans and prepares agendas and other documents for the office's long-range planning, aim setting and budget workshops. Prepares office reports to enclose in agenda packets.

Manages and participates in implementing and maintaining organization information systems functions, including its computer hardware, software and network infrastructure, telephone system and voice mail system. Oversees development and sustainment of the department's systems. Anticipates and plans towards technology adjustment and recommends the adjustment and upgrade of company hardware and software. Plans and directs underdeveloped Information Technology projects and upgrades and coordinates Information Technology projects with additional departments. Gathers ideas of other companies regarding trends and brand new technologies. Conducts periodical inventories of software and hardware, prepares requests for proposals about Information Technology projects, coordinates system reinforcement with outside organization engineers as required.
