You may have noticed that when Asian girls go out to dance, party, hang out, etc., they usually are in groups -- and it can be tough for you to introduce yourself to a whole group of girls. The best possible way to meet a beautiful Asian girl is to be introduced to her by one of her friends who knows you (and "vouches" for you as a good guy).
On many occasions, I've been hanging out in nightclubs in Las Vegas or California and I'll spot a group of three of four Asian girls that I'd love to get to know. Usually, not every girl in the group is good-looking. One or two of them may be unappealing. Those are the girls that it's easy to make friends with!
You don't need to make these "Gate Keeper" friendships in the nightclub. What I'm saying is, you can meet and befriend these less-attractive Asian women anywhere you come across them. The idea is that these "Gate Keepers" will call you the next time they go out with their cute friends. You'll be invited to come along, and you can get to know all of them in a way that feels comfortable and natural for everyone. The "gate keeper" will go out of her way to make sure you are enjoying yourself and meeting all of her friends.
Asian women are really cool in this way. I've known plain-looking divorced Asian women in their 40s who I never slept with (and didn't want to), but because I was super-friendly towards them, they went out of their way to hook me up with their single friends.

Host a dinner party and tell your gate keepers to bring some single friends to meet you and your friends. Or, you can plan a barbecue or a picnic at the park. You see, usually it's the Gate Keepers who handle the responsibility of planning get-togethers and parties for the group. When you offer to do the hosting, your efforts will really be appreciated. They'll be thrilled when you extend this type of initiation.
