I know you're wondering why consumers aren't buying the PSP Go. It is not due to the cost, and it is not due in part off the look and feel. The clear and unmistakable reason consumers are buying older models is because they can be modified! In my humble opinion the PSP Go is just way to small and ok-ward to hold and play. The biggest reason for my dislike is the fact you have to download all your games from the playstation store to the system. Another reason is the battery configuration which is unchangeable; then you have tiny buttons big enough for a Childs fingers.
The most important reason why the older models are better it's because they can be modified. So when a PSP 1000 or 2000 is modified the only future purchase you'll have to make; is to buy a new memory card for your endless supply of games. The concept of modifying your PSP 1000's & 2000's is to create and endless free library of games available to download. The games you can download are infinite; they're multiple sites on the internet where the newest games can be downloaded for free! Y
So to all the gamers out there who believe the PSP Go is better than a PSP 1000 or 2000. Then they clearly haven't taped into the full potential and capabilities of the PSP 1000 & 2000 systems by modifying them.
