Assuming theDubTurbo program is alreadyinstalled,go to is now andopen it up with a new project. By following these instructionsyou will learn how to make a cool rap beat you can show your friends or rap to.
Now that theprogram is up and running grab the blue pencil tool and draw in 2 newbars by holding the pencil tool in the first bar and drag it to the end of the two bars. For this rapbeatset thefixed tempo setting to 95.0.
Click on the edit button next to the bars and anew screen will pop open inside DubTurbo witha grid of square boxes and options to choose your sound. For the sound choose HipHop1.
12 Instructions to make thisrap beat -
First select the pencil tool so you can draw in beats.
For this rap beatyou need toclick the very first box in the grid which is called Kick1.
Miss awhole lineand thenadd a HiHat1 in the HiHat1 box.
Thenclick on the Kick1 box in the next line.
After that line you will need to add two squares one in the snare box and one in the Clap box.
Miss another wholeline and thenput ina Kick2 and a HiHat1.
Now miss two lines and then add a Kick2.
Line after that add a Kick1 and a HiHat1
Miss a line and then add a snare.
Miss another line and add a HiHat1
Next lin add a HiHat1 and a Kick2.
For the remaining bars copy all that again.
Press theplay button and the loop buttonto listen to your new rap beat.
Choose different sounds to get different effects oryou could add new bars and add sound effects togo with this beat.
