Peace is your natural state. If you're not thinking, you're at peace. If you're just sitting on the beach, you're sailing or playing with your dog or whatever, you're naturally at peace. Peace is your natural state, it's only when you get caught in your head, some neurological activity starts dimming that buzz, it starts obscuring that peace, it starts pushing God away. The hell is in our head.
So just remember this one thing; anytime that you are feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch with yourself. And of course the meditation is going to help you get there. You're either at peace or not, when you are not at peace you simply shift your attention and change your energy back to your natural state. From here you can deal with life's lessons more effectively.
Take a deep breath, let's repeat this. Say this as an affirmation: Anytime that I'm feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch with myself; anytime that I'm feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch with myself. Anytime I am feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch with your Self. Exercise your power to be at peace.
