Ever wished you would wake up in the morning looking slimmer, being healthier and happy with your life? You have joined the many who dream but wake up looking and living the same. Clearly the dreaming will never work, but do you still look closely at the headlines proclaiming miracle diets or life changes and hope that maybe this time it is true?

Welcome to the club. The reality is that living and looking better is not as simple as dreaming or taking a tablet. Something much more fundamental is needed and we will reveal that to you now.

But first we need to understand the problem. Why are bookshops, magazines and the internet full of diet, exercise and lifestyle tips yet if we look around us, or worse still in the mirror, the world is full of fat, unfit or unfulfilled people?

The sad answer is that there is no miracle cure to living life better in the same way as there is no miracle diet. The only way to live and look better permanently is to change your lifestyle and achieve that healthy balance between work, rest and play.

Is that not for you? Does it sound too dramatic? Is that something beyond you?

In practice a new lifestyle is just a number of achievable steps away and the good news is that by reading this article and the others in Live & look Better you have already taken that first major step in the life change process. You are already becoming aware why we look and act like we do today and also, aware of how we could do that better in the future.

This awareness is the first and necessary step on the path to living and looking better, so having got this far in the process, it is time to pat yourself on the back!

But with this knowledge and awareness, how do you feel? Who has the responsibility for achieving lathis change? How confident are you that you can make your dream real? How could you raise that level of confidence? Who or What is really stopping you?

The lack of confidence to deal with all of this along with the real will to succeed is for many, if not all, the major barrier to living & looking better.

However, for one moment, imagine if you had someone who believed in you. Someone who could listen to you and help you deal with those concerns. Someone who could help you sort out which steps to take and give you the support at each step, someone who doesn't tell or instruct you but supports and encourages you to do what you want.

That someone is a Life Coach. It is you who has the responsibility to change your life to how you want it to be and not the author of a diet book. But with a Life Coach you are not alone. You will have that support and encouragement to make things change for the Better!
