Squats, lunges and stretches for about thirty minutes a day helps trim down stubby legs. You can see the results for no more than four weeks if you do it regularly. BIKE. Biking allows different muscles of your legs to work. If you do it with the aforementioned exercises above, you can ensure a quicker result. Perform routine activity to help trim down your legs. Consider lying fat on the floor. Place your hands at your sides, parallel to your body. Lift your knee up as high as you can, kick it as high as it can go with your other leg then place it flat again on the floor. Do 60 kicks , perform another 60 more for the other leg.
