With an underhand grip, grab the bar with your hands spread just over a shoulder width apart. This will provide additional leverage for the next parts. Bend your knees to a ninety degree angle, then hang down softly. This is your starting position and where you will return later. Bring your nose to the bar and tuck your knees to your chest, all while exhaling. Upon returning to the starting position, inhale.
