It contains many examples of human ingenuity and creativity - and offers a stunning view from the observatory on top, rightly called Top of the Rock.

The World Trade Center Site: This is the site of one of the worst acts of terrorism against human kind. Once the proud bearer of the Twin Towers, the area is now a haloed reminder of all those people who lost their lives tragically one morning.

The American Museum of Natural History: America has a rich heritage of some of the most wonderful museums in the world. The American Museum of Natural History is one of the best and is constantly in a state of flux because it is growing all the time. In fact, it is difficult to finish a tour of the place in a single day.
