During the recent Sandringham Flower Show, the royal was handed such a present by a number of local girls who had attended the event as a family group, the Norfolk Eastern Daily Press reports.
Teresa Waters' daughters Caitlin and Lola and her nieces Phoebe Clifton and Grace Anderson had been approached by the Duchess' lady in waiting, who asked if they would give the offering while she was on a walk-about during the proceedings.
According to the Ms Waters, the royal was not disappointed with her floral arrangement.
Commenting on her reaction, the proud mother and aunty said: "She said how beautiful they were. We came last year and she spoke to us last year."
Organisers of the Sandringham Flower Show describe the occasion as one of the most prestigious horticultural gatherings in the east of England and the event is now in its 129th year.
Set in the surroundings of Sandringham Park - with Sandringham House and Sandringham Church as a backdrop - it attracts around 22,000 visitors each year.
The celebration is attended by a range of people in addition to the general public, such as leading nurseries and horticultural specialists who travel to the event to showcase their work.
Florists may also be among those present, including those who specialise in providing artificial flowers.
This year, the Duchess and the Prince of Wales succeeded in avoiding the rain, although they were clearly nervous about the possibility of a shower as both turned up clutching umbrellas.
The couple spent nearly two hours at the show and were joined by other famous faces such as actresses Dames Judi Dench and Maggie Smith.
