Today HTC announced that T-Mobile G2 phone for European and Asian markets, and is calling It HTC Desire Z. This phone comes with 800 MHz CPU Qulcomm 7230, Android Froyo 2.2, 3.7-inch screen, 14.4 Mbps HSPA +, Wi-Fi 802.11n, 720p video recording, and 5 megapixel(possibly camera with flash.

One thing Im not too sure what is the name. I think the name is a bit weird Desire Z. HTC HTC is obviously trying to do something like what he had done with the Droid Verizon brand, and now intend to replace at least some phone models, Desire. We already have the original Desire, Desire Z, and another phone announced Desire HD. Is the name too many HTC phones from their Desire especially if it is not a next gen phone as the original desire was it will be cheaper that the brand once they put Desire for each model from the mid-end to high-end.

If you want in the category of brand, they should at least keep the brand only for certain range prices. To be able to keep the Desire for all the latest models and best International phone. But the mixing of price ranges as they are doing now, I consider that it is a mistake.

HTC is also more and more to the side and run software smartphone Sense the new version of HTC, as well as new services, but we see that after it launched a month from now.
