Toshiba announced the birth of their 128 GB of NAND flash memory module. The new flash memory chip combines sixteen 64Gbit NAND chips at a tiny 17 x 22 x 1.4mm chip. Toshiba said: Demand continues to grow to larger density systems that support high-resolution image and provide better storage, especially in the field of embedded memory controller with the function that minimizes development requirements and ease integration into system designs.
