Strengthen Your Vaginal Muscle With Pelvic Exercisers Or Topical Creams

If stronger, tighter vaginal muscles strike you as being a good thing, there are 3 common solutions to look at. One is to use topical creams that cause the muscle tissues to contract for a temporary fix. The second is to actually strengthen the muscles with weighted devices that make Kegel exercises more effective. The third uses Ben Wa-style balls as a strengthening aid.

Topical Muscle Tightening Creams

I won't lie and tell you I know exactly how these work - it's not something I'll ever personally experience - but so-called "shrink creams" have been around forever, some claiming to be 'ancient Chinese secrets' and others being more contemporary.

Whatever the formulation or its alleged origin, these preparations' purpose is to cause the surface of the vaginal muscles to contract and tighten - hence the shrink cream name. If this is something you'd like to try, it may take some time to find the best one. I'd say check all the reviews you can, not just in one catalog but wherever you can find them, and make your initial decision that way. And remember, these tightening creams are a temporary way to change things. For more permanent results, you're going to have to lift some weights!

Kegel Exercisers

These come in many shapes, sizes and weights but Kegel exercisers all give you something to wrap those muscles around and strengthen them with a sequence of tightening, holding and releasing. Then repeating. It's really a simple idea, but like any exercises your results will depend on the effort you put in over time.

All indications are that these do work well, and they should surpass the results that you'd get doing similar exercises without them.

Ben Wa Balls

Ben Wa Balls have been around a very long time - like, centuries. They were ancient Chinese secrets at one time. Their main benefit in tightening vaginal muscles is that they need you to hold them in place, and you're contracting the Kegels constantly to do that - not much relaxing in this program. The balls come in different sizes and can be glass, metal or plastic.

Some Ben Wa balls have smaller balls or beads inside them to give some measure of a vibrating effect - this seems to be hit or miss. Based on the reviews, some women love this feature and some don't think it does much. It probably shouldn't be the reason you choose this approach but it might be a nice bonus.

One thing to be cautious of with the 'vibrating' Ben wa balls is that in order to get the beads inside, they have to be made of two halves stuck together to make one ball. The cheaper models may not be assembled as well as they should be and can come apart at inopportune moments, break when dropped etc. Just something to keep in mind.

Duotone Balls

Duotone Ball are larger, come in connected pairs, and are usually a bit spongy on the outside with a firm core. They also provide most of their exercise benefit by requiring you to hold them in place, but being larger and more filling they're also said to give a nice massaging effect while you move. Sounds good to me!

You'll see the tag 'Orgasm Balls' assigned to some of these by their manufacturers. Like the traditional Ben-Wa balls that claim to vibrate, this is a bit sketchy. That said, everybody's different and if they have that strong an effect for you then more power to you! But their biggest likely contribution to your orgasms will probably be the muscle-tightening effect and more powerful sensations when your exercise periods are over and you're ready to reap their benefits.
