There are things we know innately, that can be discovered through introspection. Directed journaling can be a powerful way to let what is in you out. Simply keep old fashion pen and paper in a binder handy, or use your PDA, to note 1) What you are being tested in 2) What you need help with and 3) what you are learning. Everything is happening for a reason, so look for the clues by seeing where you are being tested. Make note of the who, what, when, where, why and how's of the circumstances you are being tested in, and what you are learning.
By keeping track of your own lessons, tests, opportunities you will be able to learn quicker, pass the tests that come your way (and they will) with flying colors, and enjoy this evolution of consciousness we call life. Journaling helps you look at your life from outside of yourself, and this helps you gain objectivity and clarity. You can track your own evolution in consciousness.
You can also track the development of your "calibrated level of consciousness" through your journal. Some people use muscle testing (see Dr. David Hawkins), others the field energy around their body and between their hands, but the simplest and truest test is how you feel. You are either getting happier, more peaceful and loving every day or you are not. It's your responsibility. Keeping a journal keeps you on track. I recommend it to all my students.
