subject: Dark Eyes Circles: What They Are And What Causes Them [print this page] Almost everyone likes black - black dress for evening gown, black shoes for formal wear and it would be a wonderful thing if you have a black belt in Taekwondo.
But what if you have black rings on your under eyes - that would be bad. And no one likes that too.
Raccoon eyes, as some call it. Even raccoons are really not everyone's best friend - they are a nuisance.
And so is having dark under eye circles.
This might seem or you might think that you will get this as you grow older - like the things you get when you have reached puberty - but you don't deserve this, no one does.
What causes it then?
According to research there are a number of things which would include - age, stress, and excess of drinking coffee, beer and the lack of sleep.
Zooming in on stress; since we work everyday to fulfill our needs and get what we want - we tend to become tired. But we do not stop working because we have deadlines and we have a goal - and in order for us to achieve that goal, we work.
And we get stressed in the process.
Now because of stress - a lot of changes occur in our body. Of course, when we grow older we tend to become more and more susceptible to changes - like our skin would get saggy and would no longer be the tight and baby-like skin that we had before.
And including having dark circles in our eyes.
Before you go and call the doctor and dive to last resorts - like buying stuff to get rid of it and or if all else fails getting surgery - you should, like every problem that you face - acquaint yourself more about it.
Where it comes from, how to deal with it and eventually, in the end getting rid of it for good? Educate yourself, the more you learn about it the more prepare you would be to handle it.
Just like in everyday life we should always check what were up against before looking at it eye to eye.
