Moisturizing the skin is very important because it will maintain the skin's elasticity. Maintaining the elasticity of the skin is also important especially in preventing the stretch marks.

These home remedies are applied topically. It may take some time before you can see actual results but these methods are cost-effective. Aside from these topical applications, you should also modify your diet by eating foods that are rich in vitamins A, D, and E because these vitamins can help in nourishing the skin and keeping it healthy.
