You dont have to keep every little thing in your storage rooms. Just keep what you absolutely need or feel that you would need. If something has sentimental value and isnt complete junk (for example, the wrapper of the first piece of gum you ever chewed would probably need to be trashed or kept in a special box as opposed to being placed in storage).
Secondly, choose things that are important to you. As stated above, you dont need to store things that arent necessary. Perhaps thats mainly what you have. In that case, you can save it and give it to others who can use it, storing it in the meantime.
Lastly, you should never fret over the security of you items. In almost all cases, your items are safe. No one can get in without a code. This means that even if you have someone following behind you, you have to make sure that they have the pin as well. If any breach of security follows, you can also have your pin changed to something a bit less conspicuous.
Dont forget, however, that no one can sneak onto the premises. Theyd have to have rather extensive knowledge in not only technology but also stealth, thanks to the security cameras and the guard who patrol the facility 24/7. You dont have to worry about losing your precious items.
You also dont have to worry about when you can have items stored. It is completely up to you when you decide to store your items in the storage rooms. You dont have to have a schedule and you can determine how you want everything stored, instead of relying on others.
