The combination of a developing storm along the mid-Atlantic coast and tropical moisture from a tropical depression near Cuba will combine to cause a very stormy day on Thursday. Heavy rain and strong southeasterly winds will begin during the overnight hours tonight and continue through Thursday evening.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for the entire area. A High Wind Watch is in effect for Atlantic and Cape May Counties. A Wind Advisory or High Wind Warning will likely be expanded for most of New Jersey later today.
For the coastal waters, a High Surf Advisory anda Gale Watch are in effect. A Coastal Flood Advisory may be issued later today for the Thursday afternoon high tide.
Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches, with locally 6 inches, are expected
Southeast winds will increase to 20mph to 30mph with gusts to 50mph on Thursday with the highest winds occuring Thursday afternoon.
Scattered power outages are possible on Thursday.
Friday will see clearing skies and the weekend will be great with sunny skies and cool temperatures.
There are some indications that another low pressure area with tropical origins may attempt to move up the East Coast around the middle of next week bringing another round of rain and gusty winds.

I want to ask all readers to "bear" with me. I have to briefly take you back 4 years ago when God began telling me many things. Some may same I'm crazy, but I always give facts, dates, and references. I'm very thank-ful to the people who have taken time to read my articles found at articlesbase.com and through out the web.
In late 2006 (or early 2007) God told me that a black man was coming as a world leader and he would be "Leviathan". I responded to God that, "aint no black man coming to rule or lead anywhere" and I went on with my stress filled life. My response was similar to Jonah's response. God then struck my primary focus and got my full attention. God went on to send never ending supernatural events. God was never wrong. Any one who reads my writings from 2006 until present (September 16, 2010) can see that something significant occurred. Psalm 104 concerns God's Angels (Psalm 104:1-5) and their Ruler-Leviathan (Psalm 1-4:25-27). Psalm 104 was influenced by "Hymn To Aten". This Hymn was written by Pharaoh Akhenaten. We now have a black leader who is a world leader and looks amazingly like Pharaoh Akhenaten (Leviathan?). You might also want to read Ezekiel 29:3.
But enough of that! This is now very "old" news. It is now late 2010. Youtube is full of information proving that God most indeed has been telling me about this man "who comes with storms and earthquakes (check that out on the web as well)"-just as Jesus came with great winds, storms, and earthquakes.
We are now at the first week in August 2010. My Birthday week. God sent me amazing supernatural occurrences during that week. I also wrote about these occurrences on articlesbase.com God wanted me to begin re-preaching that storms were indeed coming to the East Coast-USA. God sent Tropical Storm "Colin" (my pen name is Gary Colin) from Bermuda (the home of the Bermuda Triangle-Supernatural) to New Jersey (My Home State-East Coast USA). Following God's bidding, I preached from 2006-2008 on my Access TV show that storms were most definitely coming to the East Coast-USA.
I was beginning to move away from all of this Supernatural "hocus pocus" stuff. Many of you might think that I am Stephen King type "prophecy nut". At my age, I just wish I could find a way to "end the stress" and get on with my life. God has a way of prolonging His prophetic fulfillments. The prophets disliked this aspect of God's planning and mercy. Jonah was angered by it. Moses told God, "you have not brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey". Life goes on. WE can't stop because the Big GUY has major plans! Bills still have to be paid. And I'm a Leo who loves fun!
On September 15, 2010 I drove to the drive thru to get dinner. My cell phone rang. I answered and the woman callerimmedately said, "I got the wrong number" and hung up. I thought this was very "strange". First of all. I only use that phone for business. Noone really has that number. Second of all, that cell phone is usually turned off. I seldom use that phone. Too many coincidences. Oh yes, it was still day light at that time. As I began to order my food, I saw the Moon. Readers should be aware that I've had many conversations with the Moon, Venus, and others. Yea, I know this sounds really crazy. Yet, you also see Joshua speaking to the Moon and the Sun, Jesus speaking to storms and nature, and God identifying Himself with the Moon (Matthew 24:24-34; Joel 2:1-5, 25-32). I hadn't seen the Moon in months. If you read any of my previous 2010 writings, you won't find any recent articles talking about the Moon. I really was turning my attention back to life's problems.
So now I had the Moon out in broad daylight again and the "strange" phone call. With in five minutes I was stranged off the Highway near the woods as the night began to darken. The first quarter Moon (which means healing) to my left (southward), Mars was in front of me (toward the West), and lovely Venus was behind me (toward the East).
I'll get back to my "strandedness" momentarily. When I got home, I ran a reverse check up on that phone number. The call was from Amboy, New Jersey. I don't no anyone in Amboy, New Jersey. I then realized that God was again telling me something about New Jersey (East Coast). A first quarter moon means healing and protection. Mars means that "problems" are headed your way. And Venus is all about love and funds. I'm smart enough to have tow service so everything worked out pretty much. God just wanted to remind me of how He "smacked me into HIS reality" back in 2006/2007.
My relative's Big 5-0 celebration is this week. My playingcard reading for today (September 16, 2010) was 5 of clubs. Five is the number of change. On September 16, 2010 the news informed readers of a "tornado" watch in New Jersey. Once again God was using birth dates and other events to denote "change". The "Sun" Tarot card often is pulled in my readings. That Rider-Waite card shows the birthday boy happily riding the horse.
I really believe that God's Mercy is being greatly extended to the East Coast-USA. Our leaders are continually warning us of the possible storms coming. I've always encouraged people to stop the pettiness. Stop the unnecessary judgments. Stop the prejudices. Stop all the negative energies that increase the chance of "loosing it all" when God allows those storms to hit. Each day, each one of us should approach the Greater Life Who allows all things. We should confess our sins to this Great Life and set goals to enlighten our personal lives and the life around us.
Yes, I know that sounds so corny. Yet, it won't sound so "corny" when God finally releases those rains and waters that He has forewarned (1 King 18:1, 41, 44-this "little cloud" who arises "out of the sea" is the Beast (Revelation 13:1-10). He is the "little horn" of Daniel. Remember that Jesus Will Come Again In The Clouds (Revelation 1:7); 1 Kings 18:45-Notice how these "clouds" are Black-I'm not going "racial", but the Bible always compares the Coming of God and/or Jesus to blackness, darkness, or thick (dark) gloom-Joel 2:1-5; Matthew 24:24-34; Exodus 19:1-15; Matthew 27:45; Revelation 9:1-2; Revelation 6:12-14-And isn't it ironic that the current President hasclose relationship ties to New Jersey (East Coast-USA)? Read 1 Kings 18:44-45-Notice how the "Black Hand" of this "Cloud (Man)" causes Rain (one form of God's Judgment) to fill the Earth (Matthew 26:64).

Tropical storm warning issued for Monmouth, Ocean counties
I live in Monmouth County, NJ everything God told me is occurring. Ask the Reverend at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Belmar, NJ. I've warned him about these things 2 weeks ago.
The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood advisory for New Jersey's coastal waters including Monmouth and Ocean counties.
According to the advisory, astronomical high tides associated with a full moon have the potential to create flooding in low-lying coastal areas.
Along the New Jersey oceanfront, high tide will occur between 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. tonight.
Onshore flow is expected to continue Tuesday, creating the possibility of coastal flooding again near Tuesday evening's high tide.
