Interviews with Jon Ball owner of Way Beyond Newsletters. Questions and answers pertaining to Dental Newsletter Marketing.

Way Beyond Newsletters focuses on Dental Marketing with Dental Newsletters. Dental Newsletters are the single greatest piece of marketing that a dental practice can use to retain patients and get new patients through patient referrals.

Dental Marketing can mean many different things but dental newsletters have always been and will always be the most effective method of marketing for dentist. Patient retention through effective dental marketing with dental newsletters is Way Beyond Newsletters focus.

An interview with Zach from Dental Newsletter Marketing.com and Jon Ball, owner of Way Beyond Newsletters. Way Beyond Newsletters is a Dental Newsletter service. They write, design, print and mail newsletters to dental patients in behalf of dental practices nationwide.

Zach: You newsletters are focused on marketing to a practices existing patients. Why do you think its important for a dental practice to market to their existing patients?

Jon: I would answer that question with a question to you. How much value is there in an existing patient list to a practice? I dont think anyone could argue that its the most valuable asset in the entire practice. You could take away the equipment, the building and the staff. All of those things can be replaced. And replaced fairly quickly. But the patient list, especially in a well established practice could take years and years to regenerate.

So, the answer to the question is that because that is the most valuable asset you have in your entire practice, your existing patients. Theyre valuable because they know you and trust you as a dentist and they are going to listen to what you have to say.

In a recent survey that we did we asked people if they would read a newsletter sent to them by their dentist. And 9 out of 10 of those people said that theyd absolutely look at it and read it. That tells you that they hold their dentist in regard and that theyll listen to the things that they have to say. And that includes a dental newsletter.
