Every major TV and radio is showing us the importance of healthy food and they are trying to convince us that we are going to have problems with our health if we eat the so-called junk food. We can not go wrong by having the right nutrition, in fact we should start taking more vitamins and look seriously at our health because this is something that is very important.

One good way to prevent eye floaters is exercise or practicing any kind of sport. You may think that these two things are not related but the truth is that the exercises are very crucial for our health. One of the most common reasons for eye floaters is spending too much time at the computer. It is a part of our job to work with computers but we should take care of ourselves by taking protecting glasses for example. Except the computers, the stress is other reason for eye floaters. If you want to prevent this from happening to you then you should start sitting less time at the computer - in that way you will prevent the eye floaters.
