Decorating. Ive got another great question here. When a job comes in, how quickly can you guys do it and generally, how long does it take?
Mark McFarlane:
Well, yeah, thats a pretty popular question. It depends on the size of the job really. For maintenance work it might only take a day or two. But for the
bigger jobs, interior or exterior, we will plan them out. When we plan it out,
we stick to our word and thats the day its done. Weve got a good bunch of guys that work for us.
Scott Wilson:
So youve got a good crew you can rely on. You can have a maintenance job in pretty much the next day and for the bigger job you plan it out before. I think one of the things that you were saying before is that you clean up on time, too.
Mark McFarlane:
Certainly. Thats the big thing. Once we say were going to be done, were out of there that day. If I cant supply my own men, I have a lot of subcontractors on board that come and help me out. We work as a big team with other tradesmen like plumbers and electricians. So weve got a big team of men always available.
Scott Wilson:
Thats brilliant. Thats a breath of fresh air actually because we all know
what trying to get a tradesman is like. To actually hear about someone who
cleans up on time and has a team of guys that are reliable is really great.
