So it is crucial for the employer to make sure he chooses the right man for the position. To put it simply - if the man is right for the job, the job is right for the man. But that's not all. It turns out, that people like you and me use people search engines very often, too. It's mainly for personal reasons like finding information on friends, relatives. Has it anything to do with the growing trend for networking (as shown by the example of social media like Facebook, which has now more users than the 4th worlds largest country, and that's only the begining!). Is it a result of privacy peep shows like Big Brother? Or perhaps is it a much, much deeper phenomena that has our whole planet moving on high speed towards full unity, without boundaries of privacy?
