subject: Life's too short to spend in the gym [print this page]

I use to chop and change exercise routine every few months because I was not seeing the results I wanted and sometimes not seeing any results at all except for injuries, but they don't count. Like many people I have tried many exercises including, yoga, running and weight training and did not see any real improvement. Having wasted blood, sweat and tears on futile exercises, I slowly discovered what worked. These exercises are the ones I use and the ones that I have taught to 100s of people over the last ten years.

Taking the best exercises from the best methods leads to the best results. This is the way I keep my figure in shape. I'm not one for flaunting my figure, but the huge number of positive comments I get means I'm doing something right.

By doing these exercises you will get guaranteed results very quickly. If you work and/or have a family, it's unrealistic and impossible to do an hour's exercise a day. Or perhaps you are impatient and have found previous exercises programmes too slow to deliver results. 1 to 2 hours a week is all you need to get fantastic results.

These exercises are for everyone. They're gentle, but effective. Non-impact exercise and no risk of damaging joints or causing other injuries. You can be unfit, have mobility problems, be over 60 years-old or be male. All the exercises have a easy version and a much harder version. You choose the best level for you.

There's no grunting, groaning, sweating, a Jane Fonda style aerobic class or trying to compete with anyone. There's no intimidation, no gym fees and no "keep up or drop out" approach.

Here are just some of the results you will achieve:

Flatter stomach

Toned thighs

Erase saddlebags

Rediscover your waist

Discover your waist

Give you leg to die for

Lift and firm your backside

Reduce stress and anxiety

increase vitality

Improve feeling of well-being

Give you more energy

Reverse the signs of ageing

Boost self-confidence

Boost self-esteem

Reduce back pain
