Apple introduced a tablet device called the iPad in San Francisco on January 27.As Jobs said, the iPad is a creative product. It can perform a perfect performance in E-mail, enjoying photos, music and videos, and playing games. It is the first tablet computer developed in the world.To watch the Blu-Ray movies, what you need to do is simply rip the Blu-Ray DVD into a video format supported by iPad. After you have the files in a compatible format upload them into your iPad through the sync of iTunes Library.

Step 1: Initialize the program and add Blu-ray file

To rip Blu-Ray DVD to iPad video, you need to download some program, called blu ray ripper. I personally used AVCWare Blu-Ray Ripper to do the test, and you are free to use other similar program, most of them have the same function. After running the program, click Add folder button, select a Blu-ray files in the dialog box that opens, and load it. The Loaded Blu-ray video information will be showed in the file list, such as Name and Status etc will be showed in the file list.

Step 2: Select and customize the output format

Click "Profile" drop-down button, then a new Window props up as below. You select the formats you need. For we need convert Blu-ray to iPad, we select the iPad video format as the output format. Then click "Browse" button to select a destination folder in the window that opens, click "OK".

Tip1: The AVCWare Blu-Ray Ripper supports comparing and previewing the source video and fixed video, which enables you to easily adjust the effect of the fixed video by comparing.

Tip2: AVCWare Blu-Ray Ripper also supports to merge the files in the file list. To do this, please highlight all files needed to merge in the file list and click Merge button on the toolbar, all selected files will be merged into one file and added to the file list.

Step 3: Start to Rip Blu-ray to iPad

After finishing the above settings, check the needed file to convert in the file list, click Convert Checked Item(s) button on the main interface, to start converting Blu-ray to iPad. You can view the progress of converting Blu-ray to iPad from the progress bar at the bottom of the window.
