People who have a passion for expressing themselves through the written word are obviously perfect candidates for writer positions. Depending on the nature of the content, many writers work on a freelance basis from somewhere other than the home lower publication. In some instances they are hired to work with the office.

This are just some of the many jobs found in the publishing field. Additionally, there are marketing managers, advertising salesman, circulation personnel and customer service representatives.
