subject: So It Rained For 40 Days and 40 Nights? [print this page] When the world was created, I am convinced that the earth was enclosed (perhaps encased) by a huge, thick cloud. Perhaps it was necessary for this at it's scientific creation, or necessary for it's galactic transport. Before the great flood there are records (primarily in the bible) of man living much longer than post flood. Why was this you may wonder? I truly believe that man did live to that ripe old age, pre-flood due to the thick clouds that encased our atmosphere. Think of a great rainstorm, dark thick clouds, raining for days on end, but imagine a planetary cloud, so thick that it would fall to earth's atmosphere for 40 days and 40 nights. Flooding the entire earth until all land was covered! Noah witnessed 2 things once the rain stopped: a branch from a tree (which means that a tree was out of the water long enough to actually grow leaves), and secondly, the rainbow! The arco iris! The arch way to living shorter lives, the spectrum of colors made visible to the human eye, basically UV rays! After the GREAT FLOOD man never again lived long like they had pre-flood. This is due to the damaging and deadly effects of UV on earth's organisms. The great flood is also made known through the great walls of sedentary rock in our deserts. Impacted meters of earth pressed together with such incredible pressure that it conserved life that was caught in the GREAT FLOOD.
Our ozone is continually disintegrating due to our misuse of the planet created specifically for our existence.
