Maybe most of the customer are very confused when they need buy a led display from a factory cause the size is not the same as they want .Why ? Bcs there is a calculation way of the led displays dimension . Today ,follow me to learn how to calculate the dimension of the led display .
1.Confirm the mould size . as everyone knows ,the led display is assemblies by many moulds .So when you need buy a full color led display ,confirm the moulds size first , for example ,the P10 outdoor full color , the mould size is 160mm*160mm.
2.Confirm the size what you want ? for example ,if you need a P10 full color led display ,then you should confirm ,does the 3m is the width is 3m or the height is 3m ? bcs it will cause a different dimensions of the led display
3. calculate the exactly size , for example ,if i want to buy a led display P10 full color ,then i need 3*5 m .then i need calculate it as be lowing way :
Width =3m . 3m=3000mm and then the width is :3000mm/160mm=18.75 moulds
Height =5m . 5m=5000mm and then the width is: 5000mm/160mm=31.25 moulds
Now ,we need pay more attention about here ,as the moulds can use 0.75 pcs or 0.5 pcs ,so we must get a whole mould numbers .then check the be lowing :
18.75 19 or 18 ,
31.25 31 or 32 .
Notification:Here we must get a whole moulds .then we calculate the whole full color led displays dimensions .So now we go back and get the mould size ,it is 160mm*160mm .
Then the exactly size should be : Width :19 *160 =3040mm=3.04 meters, the Height should be :32*160=5120mm=5.12m .So from now ,we get the exactly size is :
3.04*5.12 =15.5648 square meter .
