subject: Play Lots Of Games Online For Free [print this page]

Being a gaming buff has it's advantagesBeing a gaming buff has it's advantages. I have done an extensive search online for free games with no download required. There are two very good sites for these games.

One of the biggest gaming sites around allows you to play games on a free trial basis without having to purchase the game. You can play the full version of the game. Their site is very user friendly, and they have an excellent line-up of games. If you wish to purchase games, they offer several very affordable packages so that you can play the game on your computer any time you wish. It is stored in your online account, you pay the monthly package fee, and you can transfer it from your online account to other computers. You can cancel your account at any time and still have access to the games you have previously purchased. I have used this service in the past, and find it very entertaining.

The only drawback to this gaming site is that you are limited to 60 minutes of playing time per game. But, 60 minutes gets you pretty far into a game depending on the difficulty level you have chosen. Most of them are family friendly and are a lot of fun.

Another big site works much the same way as the one discussed above. The concept here is to use Wild Coins to play the game. They give you free Wild Coins on a trial basis...usually four max. You can play the game as long as you wish each time you use a wild coin. Once you leave the game, and have used all of your free wild coins, you must purchase a package deal to return to it. A package consists of 50 Wild Coins, and depending on the package, you can purchase these in unlimited quantities. Just remember; it is cheaper to purchase a package rather than Wild Coins.

Also, you can cancel you account at any time. However, (and this is the drawback to this site) if you have any Wild Coins left in your account, they now become accessible only offline, so that you can only use them for playing until they are gone. I have also used this service and was disappointed to find that on canceling my account, I could no longer access the games that I had purchased. My remaining Wild Coins were "confiscated", and I could not use them. My online account became inaccessible as well.

There are many other free online games sites, but they are mostly smaller than the two discussed above.
