subject: Exercise the body through MMA Fitness [print this page] Exercise Programs versus Healthy Lifestyles
Exercise programs have a few basic components, warm up, stretching, cardiovascular training, muscular training, cool down, and stretching. Further, exercisers are advised that each component of the program be completed. Trainers often set a rigid schedule threatening risk of muscle injury if most of these tasks aren't incorporated in some way. And, it isn't often that any program can match a workable regime to an individual lifestyle so that the exerciser sticks to the plan. Bruce Drago MMA promotes living a healthy lifestyle. People travel to the gym during a planned and convenient time; they already know how much time they can commit, and the overall goals for accomplishing a "full" workout once they've arrived. Bruce Drago MMA molds a healthy lifestyle to you with the expectation of success. Foods you like, times you can enjoy, personal trainer planned workouts that target you, not an area. Exercise programs are superficial to the body; lifestyles are a way to solve the problem. Many of us out there can honestly admit that we gave up, stopped going, couldn't stick to it and it didn't work. That's because it wasn't convenient to our specific lifestyle. A simple exercise program cannot and will not shape a better you. Bruce Drago MMA healthy lifestyles on the other hand can.
