Open Book: Yes, test centers provide a copy of TOGAF 9 which can be referenced while taking the exam (note at Prometric test centers this is an electronic copy of the specification built into the test ***).
Pass score: 60% on each of the two sections, 12 or more out of 20 points and 24 or more points out of 40. Note that you must pass both parts of the exam to achieve an overall pass result.
