These generally only affect those who are not on the plan, but its always important to know what is going on so youre not shocked, when you have your monthly bill.

Long Distance Calling Local and price
Starting 15 April 2010, the high charges for calls to out-of-plan calls Canada and the United States vary from 30 cents per minute to 35 cents per minute in addition to local by-the-minute. If you are already connected to one of our Unlimited Long Distance ons, and then price change will not affect you. Also, local by-the-minute rate for out-of-plan calls will change from 30 / min to 35 cents / min. Please note that these changes will only affect members who signed up before February 2, 2009. Anyone who joined after that date will no longer be the payment rates for out-of-plan for local and long distance.
Surfing and international price changes SMS
Also, on 15 April 2010, fees for web browsing and pay-per-use changes from 5 cents / the pages for 5 cents / kb(kilobytes) of data. If you are already connected to one of our plans and data Unlimited Mobile Web Browsing Add-ons, and then price change will not affect you. Moreover, the price to send international text to change from 20 cents to 25 cents for each message sent. As always, the reception of the text(anywhere) is free.
If there are long distance calls or surf the Web, is an excellent opportunity to connect the Unlimited Long Distance or Unlimited Mobile Web Browsing add-on to these price changes will not affect you.
