College Financial Aid is considered as one of the vital components while getting admission in a desired college. Loans are something that needs to be paid back but at a minimum interest.

College scholarships are mainly of two types, merit-based for students having outstanding grades or special talents and need-based for those who cannot afford to pay the college fees. Most colleges provide need-based scholarships. But before obtaining the scholarships one must have the clear knowledge about the percentage of need that will be fulfilled by these scholarship fees and the policies related to a particular scholarship.
