After doing the carousel, spread your legs wider than your shoulders. Then grab the ball with your right hand and pass it to your left hand through your legs. Catch the ball with your left hand from between your legs, bring it to your left side, front, and then between your legs again to switch possession to your right hand. This is a great ball handling workout that can help you to dribble comfortably between your legs and control the speed of your dribble. Assume the same position when doing the Figure 8. Dribble the ball fast and low with your right hand, move it slowly towards your legs, then switch possession of the ball to the left hand. Do the same with the Figure 8 by bringing the dribbled ball slowly to the left side, front, and back between the legs to switch possession back to your right hand.
