To stay in control in our lives, we must be able to know ourselves. If we do not know who we are, then our direction or paths turn in a hundred different directions.

Dolls were a way for you to explore your hopes and dreams while growing up. You gave them life because they represented what life could be for you.

Do you approach life with the confidence you need to become the best you can be? Do you experience complete freedom to step out and make the most of your drop dead gorgeous abilities?

If you're living your life by someone else's guidelines and find yourself turned upside/down & don't know which way to turn. It's time to declare that you are not a rag doll & be in control of your life.

Stop reacting & start responding appropriately to what's going on outside of you in your environment & the world. As you learn to respond to your life experiences, you will see their function and understand the way in which your experiences are defining your purpose.

I see so many ladies who are just reacting like a rag doll to what's going on outside of them instead of taking control by living on their own terms & frankly making their own decisions. I call this "worrying about what other people think syndrome".

Don't get me wrong I love dolls. In fact, I have a collection to prove it. In our society we may strive to look like a doll and occasionally there's nothing wrong with sitting pretty but it's important to not be so mechanical, have a mind of your own & creatively express yourself.

Are you are in control of your life or are you living the life that someone else wants you to live? As a young girl I enjoyed playing with dolls. It was definitely a great way to get trained on hair, makeup & fashion but just like we tossed the dolls aside when we got older it's important to not let others toss us around.

Open your eyes & let go of the "Wishy Washy" behavior. This stems from not being convicted in your beliefs. If I could give you just one pearl of wisdom to help you make the most of your life so you are excited about your life. Don't allow others to ruffle your pretty little feathers. If you want to do something & someone else has an issue remember it's about them not you. Staying on your course & not allowing anyone to knock you off your path will add years to your life & life to your years.

Instead of acting like a rag doll remember that your life is like a stage and your story is playing live every night. Don't allow other people to change the plot. It's your "Beautiful Story" & you won't be able to put on a great performance if you sit there with a blank, melancholic, look on your face night after night until someone else tells you what to do.

The scenes that play out on your stage should be based on your beliefs about yourself and about your life and the cast of characters that play your scenes should qualify for the role because they are supporting players. If they're not supportive they don't deserve the part.

The only way the show will be a hit is if you orchestrate "your story"!
