Often called a forum, an Internet forum is a discussion site online.It is based on traditional bulletin board, or the technological evolution of dialup bulletin board system.Forums or boards are web applications managing user-generated content (which means that anyone who has access to a computer and Information Forum on the possible input board).The forums are primarily Comments by users on different subjects, and often run by a moderator.Discussions and questions are exchanged between users on any topic, usually the one that sets moderator.The answers and information between people can vary from several seconds to several days or more.
Internet Chat is quite the opposite.It is "live" (which means your online discussions with other users are instant, almost like a real discussion face to face).The answers and questions that are usually generated by each user in a few seconds.
So why not face just talk to people face?Or why not call them?Why do they need to use a computer to communicate with the outside world?What impact will the resulting type of social interaction between people?
An important reason why people use computers to meet people or to discuss topics first is anonymity.It is much easier to talk about issues that you normally would not talk about it because your identity is hidden.This type of interaction online and has recently been shown in studies that people who only use online forums and chat to communicate with others have a social life very difficult in their community.
Forums are governed by a set of individuals, called the staff, composed of administrators and moderators, who are responsible for the design forums, technical maintenance, and policies.Most boards have a list of rules describing the guidelines for creators forums.There is usually a FAQ section with basic information for new members and those who are not familiar with the use of guidelines and a forum.
