To make sure that you are able to guess the temperature in the right way you should measure the body temperature for a whole cycle to know the normal body temperature. Otherwise you will not be able to find out the best temperature for conceiving a baby.

Unfortunately, also if you follow each and every available conception tip which you can find in the internet or in certain books your chance to conceive a baby within one month is only around 25 30%. But this is really not surprising when you see that only 24 hours out of 30 days per cycle are really optimal to conceive a baby.
