Sure it may be quite a distance to watch a show, but if you were planning to take a holiday there anyway you'll be killing two birds with one stone. Who knows what international super star might be performing over summer, maybes Julio or even his son might be making an appearance or two. If that isn't the case then you can always get tanked up and sing along to their hits which are played in various hang outs.
Bond fans will be happy to hear that the one and only Roger Moore will be gracing the shores of Benidorm very soon as he is set to appear in the hit UK sitcom named after the lively summer town. Hopefully his performance will be as inspiring as the one in one of his more memorable films, the classic Boat Trip. Of course his Bond epics will go down in history, but I appreciated his humorous side and acting diversity which should surely come through in the episode/s of Benidorm he appears in.
Aside from the various celebrity attractions, which I suppose are important to a lot of people, there is much to do to enjoy yourself around Benidorm as I'm sure you're aware of. Beaches, bars and Shangri la's are all on offer in Benidorm, well not actual Shangri la's but there plenty of cool hotels to choose from. Many of the young tourists, however, aren't too concerned where they stay they tend to spend as little time as possible confined to their accommodation as the life is out in the streets and coast of Benidorm. A mere hole in the ground with some leafs to camouflage it would be good enough luggage storage for some people. Maybes there a genuine business idea right there!
While Spain has a whole host of hot beaches to choose from I guess it comes down to who can offer you more for your money and the simple fact is that you will struggle to get better value than Benidorm. Island resorts and bustling city may have their lure, but when it comes down to it Benidorm can appease any taste or preference.
