Yes, you can get a coach and be trained into the business world and become successful, but some people just have that 'in-built' entrepreneurial' flaire inside of them.
So bringing this on to the Internet, can anyone make money online? I don't think so. Certainly not the people who are looking for the easy money making options. It still takes time and effort to make money Online as it does offline, but not many people understand this.
You still need to have some of the offline business skills to make money Online too. These skills include, commitment, focus, wanting to learn and educate yourself further and learn technical skills to work Online.
However, I do believe that the majority of people who are seriously looking to make an income online in the form of starting up their own internet business will succeed. If you can understand that you won't be rich within 48 hours and it takes time and effort, then you can succeed.
I would say that 99.9% of people who want to start an online business are most likely not entrepreneurs (I'm certainly not), but they can definitely train themselves and become a true Internet Business Owner.
