Bring the battery to a battery shop and have it check to determine if it needs to be replaced or re-charge.
If the problem is the starter, check for wires if it is tight and secure. If all the connection is ok, then the problem is simply a bad starter. Bring the car to auto repair shop and have the starter check and replace if necessary.
