Windows: Bluetooth interface built into Windows is spartan compared to the rich Bluetooth Radar, open-source application that displays all Bluetooth devices within range of your radio to radar-style display.

Bluetooth Radar displays the Bluetooth devices in conjunction with a computer-related devices and equipment unpaired just floating around in range Bluetooth radio. Bluetooth Radar collects basic information from devices outside the system, but in the case of paired devices gives additional options, such as file transfer and remote file browsing.
