subject: Curl Your Hair At Home - Some Info [print this page]

In this fast paced world, it is very difficult for women to squeeze a beauty parlor appointment every day in their tight schedule just to put some curls in their hair. Thanks to science for solving this problem with the invention of hair curling equipment such as hair rollers and curling irons.

Now all you need to do is to buy a hair curling equipment which is easy for you to handle alone and learn some basics of curling hair. It is not at all a difficult task. In the beginning the curls may not look so perfect but with practice you will definitely perfect it.

One thing you must remember that you must have slightly longer hair in order to put curls in them. They should be at least shoulder length to put perfect curls that will look amazing. Curling your hair with rollers at home is very easy and it will give you perfect locks. You can put the rollers in your hair and can do the other household chores to save time.

To start off with the curling process, you must wash your hair. Your hair must be clean and properly washed. There must not be any trace of shampoo or conditioner in your hair. Now you must apply the hair styling product such as mousse or gel or other hair serums, whichever suit you best.

Use a wide comb to section your hair. Now that the hair have been separated into sections, you can spray water at the base of every section to make your hair damp. While you are doing this, switch on the rollers to heat them up. Once you have damped all your hair, you must put the hot rollers in your hair.

You can use clippers to secure your rollers in one place on your head. Use a blow dryer to apply heat for a few minutes. When you feel that your rollers have cooled down and your hair have dried then you can remove the rollers. Do not use a brush or comb in your hair now, just run fingers through them. To finish it off, apply some hair spray to keep your curls intact.
