Ingredients:

* A few containers of your favorite yogurt. Greek yogurt has the maximum protein.

* Small paper cups

* Plastic wrap

* Popsicle sticks

Note: If you like popsicle molds you can also apply those instead of the paper cups and popsicle sticks.

Steps:

1. Load small paper cups 3/4 of the way with your favorite yogurt. .

3. Make a slit in the plastic wrap and slide a popsicle stick within the slit and into the yogurt.

4. Put the cups in the freezer until the yogurt is iced.
