1 Begin at the end with the dream. Your visitors are looking fro some kind of solution to their problem. Hopefully, that's why you're selling the product that you are selling. You chose it or created it for that reason. You need to think in detail about their problem and imagine their dream solution. Your product should be as near to that as possible. When they get to the end of the sales page you can present the solution to them. So, think of where you want to get them to.
2 Tell them the dream solution. That is, get them to imagine what it would be like for them if they already had this solution. Tell them to imagine their feelings, what they would see, hear and feel. Give them examples of these responses. These could be made up or from your or others' experiences.
3 Tell them you understand their situation. If possible, admit honestly that you've been in their situation, too, before you get to telling them the dream solution. Again, you could tell your story or use others' examples or describe the difficulties. These could be of how it's frustrating to keep trying and having no success or how others seem to have it so much easier. They can't understand why they're having such a problem just like you did.
4 To do the last, feel their pain. If you've not actually experienced it yourself, then imagine what pain and how strong it is they might be feeling. Start the sales page with this point: that you understand what their experience is. Have them identify with you or feeling relief that someone, that is you, can identify with them.
