It is also how you perceive others. Usually people with emotional intelligence know how to handle their own relationships better than some do. They realize that emotions change the outcome of things for better or worse.
Individuals who are highly motivated usually are emotionally intelligent. They are very productive and love the arouse they feel with a challenge, and for the most part they are very effective with these challenges in most things they do.
These individuals are not all about self though. They have acquired the ability to have understanding and consideration of others feelings, desires and emotional needs. In fact they have are excellentmanagers as they have the ability to lead not just manage.
Emotional Intelligence is a key factorfor someone who wants to change their life in ways that others can't seem to. Become a more productive person, a more affective leader and a person of more self awareness.
